Catherine has many years in the field of Aesthetics and Medical Aesthetics. She is an Esthetician with in-depth medical experience and training. Not long after practicing as an Esthetician and loving the field of esthetics, Catherine decided she would attend Nursing School and graduated from St. Joseph’s Nursing School in Towson MD.
She felt more in-depth medical training would complement her abilities with skin and its care and she became a RN. While practicing pediatric burn care and also working for a spa as an esthetician; she was sought out by one of the finest Plastic Surgeons in Baltimore and the ground floor of medical aesthetics began here in Baltimore in the early 90’s. Catherine’s expertise in this field became known and her employment with several Baltimore Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons evolved into a Medical Aesthetic Practice of complement to Plastic and Reconstructive surgical outcomes. . Education in this field became a continuing playing field for Catherine and she challenged the International Esthetics CIDESCO, practical and written exam, wrote and presented her thesis on foot care utilizing ultrasound technology and was awarded Her CIDESCO International Diploma as a Diplomee` in the Advanced Practice of Aesthetics.
Catherine is an excellent medical aesthetic practitioner in result oriented skin rejuvenation, spider vein and hair removal utilizing certified laser technology. Here at Bala Aesthetics & Medispa she is certified on each of our lasers, performs our peels and injectables and delivers results with each of our aesthetic modalities to her individual clients with a masters in listening, care and skill.

With a diverse background in healthcare, business, and beauty, she blends expertise with passion to help clients feel confident in selecting the right treatments for their goals.
Tracy’s career spans multiple industries—she worked as a Physical Therapy Technician, served as Front Desk Manager at Vista International Hotel, and owned a marketing and advertising consulting firm. In addition, she gained over 250 hours of advanced product knowledge as a Sephora Consultant and trained in microblading, lash lifts and tints, and brow lamination. This unique mix of medical and aesthetic training gives her a well-rounded foundation for supporting clients on their skincare and wellness journey.
Passionate about innovation, Tracy has traveled across the U.S. and internationally to explore the latest skincare and beauty trends. She believes in personally experiencing treatments before recommending them—ensuring her guidance is authentic, trustworthy, and results-driven. Her love for aesthetics and dedication to client satisfaction make her an essential part of the Bala Medispa experience.

At Bala Medispa, Hannah leads brand image and marketing efforts, ensuring every detail reflects the spa’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and personalized care. She combines her business expertise with a passion for wellness, helping connect clients with services that support both confidence and overall health.
Hannah holds a Master of Science in Management Studies from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Towson University. She is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner, reflecting her dedication to compassionate, client-focused care.
